UFI’s 12-Week Servant Leadership Program equips leaders to serve with purpose, humility, and integrity. Participants grow across five key areas spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially, through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and real-world application. Topics include UFI values, servant leadership, business-ministry integration, self-discovery, practical skills and much more. Graduates complete a mission plan, vision statement, and division project, culminating in a ceremonial recognition and ongoing leadership or membership within UFI.
The Genesis Project is UFI’s foundational leadership and onboarding program. It blends spiritual growth, structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare future leaders. Participants are guided in purpose, ethical leadership, and collaboration, creating a legacy of confident, mission-driven service.

The Lallo Foundation empowers individuals through a three-tier journey of healing, knowledge, and transformation. Members move from personal discovery (Tier 1), to wellness and training (Tier 2), to hands-on coaching and vision activation (Tier 3). Rooted in UFI’s success framework, it cultivates a purpose-driven life and community impact.
